An active mining facility. This one was 'the' piece for this weekend. I think it turned out pretty ok. I love colors... and future looking technology. This was loosely sketched out on paper. Then over that sketch i did a little grey comp, and then took some pictures of canyon like rock and cover the whole thing with them, then just started painting up shapes and stuff that worked well, using the color from the images. Though i set up the lighting on my own, no pictures for that. There is part of a facility somewhere in my facility, though its perspective was way off, so even with '  owerful' photoshop transformation tools i couldn't get it to work... so i just painted a new one over it. Goodnight for now! I need to stop drawing canyons. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
