Red Sweater by MeckanicalMind Red Sweater by MeckanicalMind
This is the second work in the digital painting trek im going on. Random guy in read sweater. This turned out much better then my previous attempt, and I think it has a lot to do with the lighting in the image. This is some really nice warm- yellow sunlight, my previous was ambiguous cool florescent lighting. So quality of image can be affected by subject for sure. This was pretty fun to do.

Man, that's effing fantastic... gaaaaawd I wish I could do stuff like this.

I need to invest in a cintiq or something because I have problems with regular tablets.

Though cintiqus are nice, and in some cases advantageous, but like with all art, it takes practice. This was done on a tablet.

Very true, but I just can't process working on a tablet like I can if I'm seeing what I'm doing, you know?

Well for me as a total SciFI noob as far as it concerns the perspective..the only things I learned about drawing ships n stuff in a perspectivical way I learned from the helplines in some of your sketches.
So you´re something ike my Jedi master.
Guess I won´t have to ask wether you´re a Star Wars fan or not..
